For the laundry you’d have to steam or iron the clothes before wearing them everyday. It would take even more time out of your day. Setting reminders throughout the day is a must for me. If I didn’t I would forget so many things.

At 59, getting very forgetful and lets just say being organised has been my life long objective and failure, I am getting around to the idea that i may have some form of ADHD now i look at symptoms. I have subscribed to your channel in the past probably under another account so its a happy time to have found you again via this video and I’ve subscribed to the podcast to listen to later. I had a time of depression and anxiety and my organised home in the making slid a little, I was crying watching this as it made more sense to me now than ever and even if its old age, stress and memory loss or ADHD I can see the benefit from your video and many of the others so a huge thanks.
